Another adjournment in the case of a Lethbridge man accused in the death of a nine month old boy. 41 year old Tyler Hogan is charged with second degree murder. Police say Austin Wright died of blunt force trauma in April 2016. Hogan's preliminary hearing wrapped up late last month. However, an agent for his Calgary lawyer, Tonii Roulston, saying in court Friday (Sept. 29) that the trial coordinator needs more time to be able to be in Lethbridge to make a decision if a trial should go ahead.
