Hurricanes Hammer Oil Kings 7-2 in Edmonton; Record Improves Back to .500

Giorgio Estephan had six points and Calen Addison with a five point game as the Hurricanes easily cruised by the Oil Kings in Edmonton 7-2 Sunday.

Giorgio Estephan chipped in with six points as the Lethbridge Hurricanes hammered the Oil Kings 7-2 Sunday evening in Edmonton. Taylor Ross and Jordy Bellerive each scored twice for the Hurricanes while Estephan, Zane Franklin, and Dylan Cozens each added singles. Calen Addison ended up with a five point game, all assists. The Hurricanes out shot Edmonton 38-20. The victory improves the Hurricanes overall record to 13-13-1 on the season. They've now won five of their past six games. The Canes are back home Wednesday (Dec. 6) when they welcome the Red Deer Rebels to the ENMAX Centre. - Pat Siedlecki
