Lethbridge Hurricanes Hammer Visiting Wheat Kings 7-2

Brad Morrison scored twice and the power play was perfect as the Hurricanes cruised by the Wheaties Friday night at the ENAMX Centre.

Four power play goals on four chances helped the Hurricanes to a 7-2 romp of the Brandon Wheat Kings Friday night at the ENMAX Centre. The Canes earned the victory with goals from six players. Brad Morrison scored a pair while Dylan Cozens, Jordy Bellerive, Logan Barlage, Egor Zudilov, and Taylor Ross also lit the red lamp for Lethbridge on this night. The win was the 30th of the season for the Hurricanes, having now won four of their last five games. The Canes will close out their February schedule with a game against the WHL's top team Tuesday (Feb. 27) when the host Moose Jaw. - Pat Siedlecki
