Lethbridge Police making two quick arrests in the city's second homicide of the year. 45 year old Kenrick First Rider was found dead at a home in the 1200 block of 9th avenue north early Monday morning.  By that evening, 23 year old Rylan Twigg had turned himself in while 19 year old Simon Scout was arrested the following night. LPS Sergeant Travis Evenson, says one of the accused is the son of the victim's girlfriend and they had all been living together. He adds police had been called to the residence for disturbances in the past. Police aren't releasing the cause of First Rider's death but an autopsy on Tuesday determined it to be a homicide. Twigg and Scout have each been charged with Second Degree Murder. Both were scheduled to appear in Lethbridge Provincial Court Wednesday. -Tina Giesbrecht
