Amy Bronson will be running for the federal Liberal Party in Lethbridge this fall.

Lethbridge has its Liberal Party candidate for the upcoming federal election.
Amy Bronson was nominated for "Team Trudeau 2019" Saturday morning then planned to hit the ground running with some door-knocking.
After graduating from the Lethbridge Collegiate Institute, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Development and Business from the University of Guelph and a Master's Degree in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto. She's since worked in the private and public sectors building a career as a management consultant with a global firm.
Bronson says if elected as Lethbridge's next Member of Parliament, she will work with the Liberal Party of Canada and Justin Trudeau to make sure the community's voice is heard. She says that means "supporting the region's agricultural industries and small businesses, growing the economy while protecting the environment, investing in the potential of young people, ensuring our Seniors enjoy a dignified retirement, and furthering Reconciliation with First Nations."
While the federal election has yet to be called, the fixed date procedures of the Canada Elections Act means it must take place on or before October 21st, 2019.
