Nathan Neudorf Wins UCP Nomination in Lethbridge-East

The United Conservatives in both Lethbridge riding officially have their candidates for the upcoming provincial election.

Nathan Neudorf will fly the United Conservative banner in the the next Alberta election in the riding of Lethbridge-East.

He beat out four other candidates Saturday to win the party's nomination. More than 800 UCP members in the riding cast ballots during the day at the Lethbridge Legion.

Party Leader Jason Kenney says Neudorf is a committed conservative and has an extensive record of success as an entrepreneur having started multiple businesses which have employed dozens of people.

Four other candidates including Kim Lyall, Robin James, Bryan Litchfield, and Angie Zuba were also in the running for the UCP nomination.

Neudorf will now go head-to-head with incumbent NDP MLA Maria Fitzpatrick in the upcoming provincial election alongside recently announced Liberal candidate Devon Hargreaves.
