33 year old Cody Black Forehead will be back in a Lethbridge courtroom in late June.
After a number of delays a new sentencing hearing has been set for a Lethbridge man who pleaded guilty to sexual interference.
Back in April 2017, two teenage boys snuck out late at night to meet up with a man one of them had met on social media. They were given drugs and alcohol at Cody Black Forehead's home where he then tried to perform sexual acts on both of the boys.
A sentencing hearing for the 33 year old was adjourned in January after his lawyer noted discrepancies between the agreed statement of facts and a number of court ordered reports.
Black Forehead's original lawyer will apply to be removed from the case and another will be put on the record on June 28th, at which time the sentencing hearing is expected to go ahead.
