The Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwest Alberta releasing its annual Vital Signs report offering a detailed look at the quality of life in this part of the province. Using local data and sources, Vital Signs identifies areas of needs as well as advantages of living in southwestern Alberta. Foundation Executive Director, Charleen Davidson says on of the highlights from this year's report is the ongoing opioid crisis. Other topics covered in the Vital Signs report focus on homelessness in rural communities as well as arts and culture throughout the region.
